Missoula Public Library wants you to come to the library and meet our R.E.A.D. dogs and their handlers.
On Saturday, September 18th, we will have our Reading Education Assistance Dogs in the library for a meet and greet. From 11-1, join us in the large meeting room and meet the dogs, pick up a picture of your favorites that they have "paw"tographed and find out about our R.E.A.D. program.
The dogs will also be available for a reading session upstairs at 11:30 or in the large meeting room as time allows. R.E.A.D. dogs visit the library every Thursday from 3-4 pm and the third Saturday of every month 11:30-12:30. The program is drop in for now so you can come and read to them in the Children's department at any time during the hour.
